Toni Brannan RYT 500

Toni began a regular yoga practice in 2015. As her physical strength increased she began to experience a deeper, inner strength that filled her with a desire for more. While walking the beaches of Florida alone, she committed to going further into her yoga practice by participating in yoga teacher training. She has since completed her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Blossom Yoga School, Cheyenne, WY. Her teaching is rooted in Hatha style yoga, with a belief that a strong, slow practice enables the mind, body and breath to connect and journey together towards greater strength and peace.

Off the mat she is running a loud, crazy household, which consists of her husband, three sons and four rescue dogs. The practice of yoga has enriched all of her life experiences and she believes it can for yours as well.

Allison Brodie RYT 200

Allison finished her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Blossom in the summer of 2021. She has been in and out of a regular yoga practice for years, but what started as an early pandemic idea ultimately turned into one of her best decisions yet. She loves how yoga is a constant practice, as she continues to work on many of yoga’s elements like patience and flow, never expecting perfection. All levels are welcome in Allison’s classes. She aims to create a welcoming and easy-going environment to suit all individual needs and abilities. Her hope is that you leave energized and excited about your day. Allison also teaches economics and finance and loves being home with her husband and two boys.

Sarah Goodman RYT 200

Sarah Goodman is a 2019 Blossom YTT 200-hr graduate.  She has also studied Yin and the chakras.  To her, the most important limbs of yoga are the Yamas and Niyamas and she tries to live her life by them.

She loves to share the experience and teachings of yoga with family and friends, in addition to Blossom clients.  Although she is a trained teacher, she is a student first, and practices with as many other teachers as possible.  Sarah appreciates being part of the Cheyenne yoga community and feels more belonging here than anywhere else she has lived.

The sequences she teaches are designed for the time of day they occur, and are adjusted intuitively for the class.  Her morning classes always include some Ashtanga inspiration, while her evening classes are usually planned around the phase of the moon.

Jessica Nyffler RYT 200

Jessica has been teaching yoga since.

Jessica strives to bring the community together through yoga practice; to strengthen bonds among people in a safe space through movement, humor and love. She looks forward to meeting you on your mats!
