Join Jill and Emilie for a weekend immersion exploring the essential principles of Sāṁkhya, the philosophical system that underlies the Yoga Sūtras. Through embodied āsana, subtle breathwork, meditation, and guided inquiry, we’ll explore how to recognize the difference between our changing experiences and the awareness that witnesses them.
Each day includes a nourishing vegetarian lunch, time for reflection, and practices designed to bridge philosophy with direct experience.
This retreat is open to dedicated practitioners, teachers, and curious students who feel called to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice.
